Eddie joined Omnicap as a partner in 2005 and serves as Managing Director of the West Region working out of our headquarters in Los Angeles. Eddie directly manages many of the firm’s engagements including cities, state and state-level agencies, higher education, housing, student loan, and transportation issuers.

Shif joined Omnicap in 2005 and now serves as Managing Director of the Central Region working out of our Dallas office. Shif manages Omnicap’s arbitrage rebate, yield restriction and tax compliance practice.

Dan joined Omnicap as a Managing Director in 2023 and brings over 18 years of experience working on a swap desk at a bulge bracket bank, including considerable swap execution experience for municipal issuers. Dan heads the East Region working out of our New Jersey office and focuses on financial, investment, and swap advisory services.

Angel has been with Omnicap since 2013, and as an Associate Director focuses on cash flow modeling, quantitative support, debt structuring, and complex compliance analysis. In addition, Angel leads analyst trainings, report reviews, quality control efforts, and special projects.

Bryan has been providing quantitative support at Omnicap since 2018, with a focus on investment earnings analysis and complex debt service reserve fund analysis. In addition, he is involved with tax compliance related matters.

Laneitre has been with Omnicap since 2007, and with her 15+ years of experience in the Dallas office knows the ins and outs of the company's operations. She oversees scheduling and accounting, while providing administrative support to all team members.

Stephanie has been with Omnicap for 10+ years and as Office Manager of the company's headquarters in Los Angeles, provides administrative support to all team members. Stephanie bridges communications across all offices and handles vendor relations.

Lia joined the Omnicap team to manage the firm’s regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date on all SEC and MSRB requirements. In addition to compliance, Lia spearheads special projects in marketing and operations.
